Q: How far in advance should I book R+R for my wedding?

A: It depends on your wedding date. For the busiest times of year (May/June and September/October) the earlier you contact us, the better. 8-10 months before your wedding date is usually sufficient to secure our services. However, often times we do have clients who contact us to begin the process up to 12 months before their wedding. We have also designed for clients in a much tighter time frame- two weeks and in one case a few days!

Q: What is your service area?

A: Reiley and Rose is willing to travel anywhere within the state of Texas and beyond (including a travel fee, of course!)

Q: How much will flowers for my wedding cost?

A: Many factors go into determining the final price of a weddings florals. Season, quantities of blooms and designs needed, floral color choices, actual flower choices and design complexity will all have an impact on the floral bottom line. Those are just a few of the variables to consider when pricing wedding flowers. The best way to get an idea of how much your wedding will cost floral wise is to come in for a consultation.

Q: Do I have to know EXACTLY what I want for you to make my vision come to life?!

A: Not exactly, but I love a good start! My speciality is taking your ideas and turning them into a CREATION! I love to know your ideas, but as an artist, I love the freedom and flexibility to put my own creative touch on things! I can work with anything from a detail-oriented bride, to a bride who just knows she loves burgundy and blush!

Q: Do you have a minimum requirement?

A: Yes and No! If you are planning a small local wedding, for no minimum, we can design your florals for a studio pick up wedding. For any weddings outside of our travel range, we require a minimum of $2500.

Q: I live out of town/away at college. Can I send you a retainer to hold my wedding date on your calendar and then meet with you closer to the big day to go over the details?

A: Absolutely! We require a retainer to hold your date on our calendar (credited toward your balance). We will solidify visions and details to finalize your choices when it is convenient for your schedule.

Q: Are the flowers I want used in my wedding available year round?

A: Depending on what particular florals you would like, the answer is yes AND no. Most premium stems do have a season, and look their best/have the best availability during their prime season. If there is a particular stem you’d love to have that might not be in season, we will do our best to get them in - but can’t make any promises!

Q: What about vases and hardware?! Do I supply those or you got it covered?

A: Here at Reiley and Rose, your wish is our command! We would love to help you order something that specifically fits your vision OR you can choose from a small collection of our personal faves on hand in our rental inventory. Have a special heirloom piece or family tradition?! We love taking that on as a personal mission to make your day your very own!

Q: Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. Delivery! How does that work?!

A: One of our very talented and dedicated team members (usually me) will handle it all! We have our very own refrigerated trailer to make sure your one-of-a-kind creations stay perfect and peachy all the way to your destination. We set it up to ensure your vision becomes reality. Much of the creative touch happens on-site. This is our speciality. Sit back and be MARRIED!

A: Girl. I GOTCHU! I’ve got friends in low places and I’d love to send you their way. We are a family in this business. I have great connections that I’d love to share! Let me know what else you might need. Service extends far beyond the flower around here.
